I have a flat tire but the tire isn't damaged - what do I do?

If you have developed a flat tire with no visible damage to the outer tire shell, it is likely that your inner tube needs to be replaced! Rest assured that this is normal - your inner tube has likely developed a small puncture, like those that occasionally develop on air mattresses or other inflated objects.

You can purchase new inner tubes here or reach out to us for coverage under our Apollo Protection Plan if you have such coverage on your scooter! (2 new tubes for only a $20 USD/$25 CAD shipping cost - stock limitations may apply)
