I just got an email for extra verification - is this from Apollo?

If you just placed an order and received an email requesting additional verification - do not panic, this is in fact from Apollo Scooters.

This email is sent out from our automated system anytime there is a slight discrepancy on the order details, such as if the billing and shipping addresses are different. This is done to protect our customers as we always want to ensure the intended person is making the purchase and has not had their payment information compromised.

 

You can simply follow the instructions in this email in order to complete the extra verification. Rest assured, our team takes privacy matters very seriously and will ensure that this information stays protected.

 

Alternatively, if you do not wish to submit this extra verification request through this email, you can always email this photo to our team directly at support@apolloscooters.co or you may also provide a picture of your most recent credit card bill, with the last 4 digits of your card, your billing address, and full name visible. You can obscure all other sensitive information of course.
