The free accessory I want is sold out - what should I do?

In order to sweeten the pot on our fantastic deals, Apollo may list additional promotions such as a free accessory/upgrade of your choice with the purchase or pre-order of a new scooter. 

 

Unfortunately, if the accessory you would like is sold out you will have to wait for it to return in stock as our team cannot pre-sell sold out accessory/upgrades. However, our A-Team can still help arrange to get one of these in your hands. Follow these steps to help:

 

1) Place your purchase without your free accessory added.

2) Reach out to our A-Team at support@apolloscooters.co and inform us of your order number and your desired accessory. Our team will make a note in your account of this "raincheck".

3) Once this item is back in stock, reach out to our A-Team and we can add this to your order (if it has not already shipped) or arrange to have one sent your way.

 

Do note that the shipping cost for your free accessory is only covered if shipped with your scooter. If this item is to be shipped after your scooter has already shipped, the customer will have to cover the cost of shipping this accessory.
