There are two ways to adjust the suspension springs on the Ghost! This article will outline the steps needed to adjust the suspensions.
1) The suspensions have a hex screw above the springs that can be used to loosen or tighten the suspension! The screw is pictured below, on the front (on the rear the screw is hidden under the removeable portion of the footplate):
Please be sure not to overloosen this screw, as the suspension spring can be removed when this screw is sufficiently loose.
2) The suspension springs also have an adjustable gear wheel! This wheel is hidden by default, but can be accessed when the suspension spring is removed from the scooter. Our Phantom Adjustment Guide demonstrates how to adjust this gear wheel once it is accessible.
We hope this guide aids you in your process of adjusting the suspension. If you have any questions, please contact email@example.com.
