Why was the toolkit removed from my order?

We currently only offer toolkits for the Apollo Phantom. All other scooters come with a multitool for setup & some repairs. This multitool is pictured below:


Because the toolkit is only compatible with and only offered for the Phantom, if you've purchased the toolkit with a non-Phantom scooter, we may remove it from your order and issue a full refund for the item. If you've added a toolkit to your order of a non-Phantom scooter as your free accessory bonus, we may remove this item from your order and replace it with another accessory.
