Pre-Order & Open Box Terms & Conditions

For new product releases, stock depletion or holiday seasons, many of our Apollo products can go out of stock and open for pre-orders in the coming months. We do this to allow customers to be able to reserve a future unit and not miss on the scooter they've been waiting for. Additionally, we occasionally offer open-box units at a reduced price for customers who are searching for a more economical option

 

Pre-orders & open boxes are normally incentives and come with generous discounts, hence there are terms and conditions below for all pre-orders and open boxes:

 

-  Non-stackable: A pre-order or open box does count as a coupon code/discount, hence future discounts or free accessory coupon codes cannot be stacked with a pre-order unfortunately. Any discount from Youtube reviewers, any store credit or free accessory coupons are non valid on pre-order & open box items (again, as they're heavily discounted to reward consumers who wait these long periods).

- Deposits: If you don't feel comfortable paying the full price to reserve a unit, all scooter pre-orders can be reserved with a $500 deposit. This deposit is fully refundable if the scooter hasn't been shipped yet, and will guarantee a unit for you when they arrive at the Apollo warehouse.

- Warranty: Warranty on all pre-order & open boxes does commence when the consumer receives the product, rest assured it's not when the order is purchased.
