Where is my order? Can I have an update on my order?

Our orders are usually fulfilled within 48 hours of being received by our warehousing team, unless the product is a pre-order (usually clearly stated on the product page), or if you're currently waiting for a purchased back order. Please note that our fulfilment team operates between Monday and Friday, and not on weekends.

We automatically notify you by email when the product does ship out and provide a tracking number to allow you to track your product while it's in transit to you. Received a tracking number that hasn't updated after 48 hours? Click here.
