I want to cancel my order - how can I do it?

If you would like to cancel your order, you can submit a request here.

Before submitting your cancellation request please be sure to review our full return policy here to determine what you may be eligible for. 

Please note that if the product has not yet been fulfilled, you will be eligible for a full refund. If you have already received your product, returns will only be accepted on unused products and customers will need to cover return shipping plus credit card processing fees of 3%. If an order has not yet shipped, your order will be placed on a delivery hold until the cancellation request is finalized or lifted.
