My order hasn't shipped yet, can I still edit the order?

Yes, you can edit your order if it hasn't shipped! If you haven't received a tracking number or order confirmation that your scooter has shipped yet, please reach out to our A-Team by submitting a request and we'll do our best to change your order before it ships out.

If your order has shipped partially, we are able to edit the parts of your order that have not been shipped! If you order has shipped completely, we are unfortunately unable to edit your order.
