My package is delayed, is there anything we can do?

We fulfil all of our scooters via private couriers, such as UPS, Fedex, or Canpar. We do our absolute best to check and send out your unit as soon as your order is placed, and have policies in place with the shipping providers to protect and get your package to you as timely as possible. It's not uncommon to face unexpected delays of 3-7 business days with packages shipped by private courier. If ever the package is delayed for more than 7 business days or can't be found on the tracking, contact us by submitting a request and we'll open a claim for you. Claims normally get resolved within 10 business days, and if not, a new unit will be sent out to you while the claim continues.
