When is my order shipping?

If your order is in stock, it will be fulfilled within 24-48 hours. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive your tracking number directly to your email address so you can follow it’s progress every step of the way. 

If your order is not in stock (scooter pre-order), please reference the product page for an approximate shipping date.

For any additional questions, submit a request.

Please note that due to the COVID-19 pandemic, UPS and other courier services may be delayed in updating their tracking information.

  • I put an order in for 2 scooters,  only 1 showed up.  I’ve not been able to get ahold of anyone since receiving the order July 23,  Ive submitted various requests.  At this point I’m going to stop payment unless I can get some assistance, no ones been able to tell me an update.
